An unfiltered, Poulsard grown biodynamically and harvested by hand. The hue is a lovely garnet red, and the aromas are of red tart fruit and licorice. On the palate, it's light and fruity with silky tannins. If you're patient, you can keep it in the cellar for up to eight years!
